Paulmier insists his conversation with Miller didn’t get him escorted out of City Hall
Depending on who’s asked, Greg Paulmier got himself escorted out of City Hall recently. The other version of the story is that Paulmier left of his on volition after a conversation with Eight District Councilwoman Donna Reed Miller.
Whichever version you choose to believe, the story leading up to it is still interesting.
Paulmier spoke yesterday with NewsWorks’ Patrick Cobbs about reports that officers escorted him from City Hall recently after a run-in with Miller.
One of seven candidates vying to replace Miller in the Eighth, Paulmier was seeking her endorsement, he says. But he says Miller has beef with his claim that she made money off the development of Chelten Plaza in Germantown.
Though Paulmier acknowledged Civil Service Police came over to see what the fuss was all about, he says no one escorted him from the building.
Miller has not yet endorsed anyone to replace her.
