Parents file suit over bus crash that killed N.J. triplet

Anthony and Susan Tezsla have filed a lawsuit over the death of their daughter in a February school bus crash in Chesterfield, N.J.

Isabelle Tezsla died when her bus was involved in a crash with a dump truck. Her triplet sisters and a fellow student sustained injuries, as well.

The Tezsla’s suit, according to the Burlington County Times, cites the bus and truck drivers and their employers for failing to prevent the crash.

Both drivers have already been slapped with motor vehicle citations, and the National Transportation Safety Board continues to investigate.
