OSHA fines contractor for Levoy Theater collapse

    Six months after the Levoy Theater collapsed in Millville, the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration  has cited the construction company that was restoring the theater when it collapsed.
    OSHA has proposed a $9,800 fine for Orgen Construction, saying the company did not properly brace the work it did when it dug beneath the north walls.The Press of Atlantic City has the full story behind the collapse and the recently publicized fines.
