Nutter rappels down Center City high rise for charity [photos]

Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter got a bird’s eye view of Center City Friday from the top of 1515 Market St. And then he rappelled down it.

“Assisted by professionals,” the mayor descended the 20-floor building from the outside as a fundraiser for Outward Bound Philadelphia, the local brand of the well-known nonprofit that teaches outdoor skills.

Step aside, Cory Booker. The Newark mayor tweets. He rescues people from fires. But does he rappel down high rises? Ok, that whole “Don’t Worry, We’ve Got This” video was pretty cool. Shall we call it a tie?
