Nutter holds second annual Youth Poetry night

Young poets from around the city will gather tonight in the mayor’s reception room to display their work.

Mayor Michael Nutter will host the city’s second annual Youth Poetry Night tonight at 5:30. Members of the Philly Youth Poetry Movement will share some of their original pieces of work. Some of the members will count this as a double celebration, as they’re heading off to San Francisco for the Brave New Voices Youth Poetry Slam Festival.
