Nuclear plant issues notification even after small bleach spill

    Much ado about nothing?

A release went out yesterday after less than a gallon of bleach spilled at the Limerick Generating Station, as the Mercury reports, executing its “unusual event” protocol as the small amount of bleach was cleaned up.

As part of that procedure, federal, state and local government officials were notified of the spill and the clean-up.
