Cloud cover has dissipated in the last hour, with the sun popping out in many portions of the coast.
Showers are currently impacting portions of the northwestern, southwestern, and southeastern sections of New Jersey, and simulated radar imagery shows activity dissipating in the north shortly and showers and thunderstorms moving through the southern Philadelphia suburbs toward the coast (not all will see precipitation).
All shower activity is off the coast by sunset, with clearing conditions overnight, according to simulated radar imagery.
