The Manayunk Fools Run is going full steam ahead tonight, and more than 350 people have signed up to run the Manayunk Towpath for the LUNGevity Foundation to support lung cancer research. If you’re looking for a good way to cap off a chilly April Fools, you can still sign up to run.
