No joke: Manayunk race still on despite cold and rain

It’s cold, it’s raining and the race is still on. There’s no April Fools Day punchline; this is happening, folks.

The Manayunk Fools Run is going full steam ahead tonight, and more than 350 people have signed up to run the Manayunk Towpath for the LUNGevity Foundation to support lung cancer research. If you’re looking for a good way to cap off a chilly April Fools, you can still sign up to run.

NewsWorks’ Megan Pinto has more on the race and the couple who started it.
