No injuries reported after gunshots ring out in Red Bank, report says

Authorities say that there are no apparent victims after gunshots were fired in Red Bank Monday evening, according to a report on NJ.com.

Bullets struck a vehicle near Leighton Avenue and West Westside Avenue in the borough’s West Side shortly after 8 p.m., the report said.

This is the third incident of the year in the same section of Red Bank involving shots fired at vehicles.

Two people were shot in a parked car last month. In April, a man was shot under similar circumstances.
