No bail for brothers charged in Atlantic City woman’s kidnapping death

Two brothers charged with kidnapping and killing an Atlantic City woman remain in custody after a bail hearing.

Henry and Ronnie Ruffin will be in jail until their trial begins for the murder of Nadirah Ruffin (no relation), whose body was bulled from the Schuylkill River in Fairmount Park in April.

The brothers are accused of witness tampering, the Associated Press reports, for allegedly threatening their 20-year-old nephew whom they feared was talking to authorities about the woman’s death. Four others are also charged in Ruffin’s death and disappearance.
