N.J. couple accused of stealing from Medford Township Army vet

    A Medford Township, N.J., woman and her husband are charged with stealing from a retired Army sergeant in the woman’s care.

    Mariejo Cherestal and Frantz F. Constant are charged with theft by deception and conspiracy, the Gloucester County Times reports.

    Cherestal is accused of writing checks to herself from the sergeant’s account to pay for trips, home renovations and the couple’s mortgage.
