Night Market coming to Mt. Airy
Today the Food Trust officially announced the date for its Mt. Airy Night Market. Mt. Airy USA will be one of the sponsors for this event. It will be on Thursday, August 4th, 6 – 10 p.m. on Germantown Ave. between Sedgwick Street and Mount Airy Ave.
The Food Trust says its taking its inspiration from the night markets popular in places like; Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Thailand and Taiwan. They are packed with outdoor food stalls and lots of seafood you can see alive before you eat them. Oh, If you ever do go to the night market in Kaohsiung ask the price of dinner before you order.
