Council hears testimony on Eastwick development, Obama visits Philly tonight

    City Council’s Rules Committee will have a busy morning. Members will hear testimony about a proposed development in Eastwick and its impact on the Philadelphia International Airport and the Heinz Wildlife refuge. Carolyn Beeler and Emma Lee will be there.
    Tom MacDonald will cover City Council’s approval of a Fairmount Park bike rental on this less-than-ideal day for a bike ride.
