New Jersey woman writes letter to Christie’s wife

A Sparta, N.J. woman has written a letter to New Jersey First Lady Mary Pat Christie upon the governor’s request.

Let’s backtrack a bit.

 

Northwest New Jersey’s Debra Nicholson was at Chris Christie’s town hall meeting in Hopatcong earlier this week, where she told Christie his political style is “hot and sexy.” When Christie joked that the woman should tell his wife that, Nicholson did just that.

The Associated Press reports Nicholson has gotten nearly 90 voicemail messages following the comment. WHYY was not among the callers. But our curiosity does make us want to see that letter.
