New flags fly
The Philadelphia Daily News reports the flags of 19 nations are being added to the 90 that now line Philadelphia’s Benjamin Franklin Parkway.They include Bangladesh, Cambodia, Kuwait, Nepal, Oman and Qatar, among others that will be added in a ceremony Friday. Poles in Logan Circle near The Franklin Institute science museum will be used to accomodate the additional flags.
