New Citizens Bank Park Jumbotron will be triple the size
The Linc’s going green. Citizens Bank Park is going big. The Jumbotron at the Phillies home base will be replaced with a larger version — about three times the size of the current one.
The 7,372-sq. ft. HD LED screen will also feature a closed captionion display, uwishunu reports.The display can fit 49 life-size Phillie Phanatics next to and on top of each other and weighs more than 84,000 lbs.
You can catch your first game on the screen — positioned over left field — when the Phils play the Pirates March 29-30.
