New businesses a sign of resurgence in Downtown Wilmington

    A performance venue and two new boutiques have people in Wilmington excited about the revitalization of the city’s Downtown area.

     

    Just a couple weeks after the World Cafe Live at the Queen debuted to receptive crowds, small clothing stores are cropping up have Mayor James Baker feeling proud, as he explained during a ribbon-cutting ceremony today.
