NCCo Clerk of the Peace to file for reelection

Timed to coincide with a very hectic Valentine’s Day filled with presiding over marriage ceremonies, New Castle County Clerk of the Peace Ken Boulden (D) will announce his plans to run for another term.
If elected in November, Boulden would start his fifth term in office.  He’s already the longest tenured Clerk in the state.  Boulden expects to perform more than 35 marriages on Valentine’s Day.  He usually performs about 750 ceremonies every year.
