Multi-vehicle crash closes portion of Kelly Drive
A multi-vehicle crash shortly after 8 a.m. this morning has closed a portion of Kelly Drive in the area of the Strawberry Mansion Bridge.
According to WPVI-TV, at least one person was reportedly trapped inside of a vehicle.
It’s unclear how many vehicles were involved or if there were any injuries.
WPVI-TV says traffic was unable to get through the area as rescuers remained on scene.
