More community meetings scheduled following Upper Darby burglaries

A second community meeting has been scheduled for this week in Upper Darby following several burglaries in Drexel Hill and Drexel Park, and the arrests of three suspects.

Ten residents met last night and the Delaware County Daily Times reports they’ll meet again Thursday, this time for an update on the police investigation into the crimes.
A 14-year-old boy and two others have been arrested for burglarizing 16 homes over the course of a month, prompting residents to consider starting a block watch program

    Thursday’s meeting is 7 p.m. at St. Dorothy’s church.
