More cases than previously thought affected by botched brethalyzer kits
More than 1,100 DUI cases in Philadelphia have been compromised due to improperly calibrated breathalyzer tests. That’s the number Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey gave at a press conference today. It’s more than double the original estimate, and the number could grow.
