McCord to be allowed in Gaming Board executive sessions

Pa. Treasurer Rob McCord has been granted access to the state’s Gaming Control Board executive sessions.

A Commonwealth Court judge ruled yesterday McCord will have access to the meetings as long as he signs the confidentiality agreement and ethics statement that regular board members sign.

As the Associated Press reports, McCord filed suit in May after he was being left out of the executive meetings. The Gaming Control Board said McCord was welcome all along if he had just agreed to sign the papers.
