Police in New Castle County, Del. arrested a burglar yesterday afternoon after responding to a 911 call from inside the home. The burglar made the call.
As Mark Fowser reports for NewsWorks, John Finch entered a Bellvue Manor home through a window a few days ago, and after drinking a little too much, found he couldn’t climb back out. With the doors to the home locked from both side, Finch had only one option: call the police.
