Lightning kills Revel Casino construction worker

One man died yesterday in Atlantic City after being struck by lightning during a bad storm.

Bryan Bradley of Linwood was holding onto a metal cement pourer he was using on a Revel Casino roofdeck when he was struck by lightning, the Press of Atlantic City reports. The other members of the three-person crew were struck, but sustained minor injuries. One refused treatment.

It happened around 3:30 p.m. as the crew worked on the developing casino. Bradley was assisted by first responders and rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
