Leftover grant money funds biking signs in Philly

Philadelphia has found a way put leftover grant money toward signs for cyclists.

By the end of March, the city will have installed 400 signs guiding bikers to nearby parks and destinations. Because what good is a growing network of bike lanes if they don’t lead anywhere?

PlanPhilly reports the signs, which have been going up since October, will cost a combined $100,000 and will be joined by other signs reminder bikers of laws like the one that requires them to stay off sidewalks.
