    Who is Karen Brown?

    She’s the  GOP-picked candidate for Philadelphia mayor, a former Catholic school teacher and a former employer of the City Commissioner’s office. She’s also struggling to pay some of her bills.

    Brown talked with Metropolis editor Tom Ferrick about the lawsuits, past-due bills, injuries and personal struggles that led to her mayoral candidacy.
