Affordable Care Act

    The Affordable Care Act has been called a lot of things, as its passage hits the one year mark many of the controversial aspects linked to the health care law don’t go into effect until 2014.  There are provisions in the law already underway.  Taunya English from WHYY’s Health and Science desk sits down with Joanne Grossi of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
