“Everyone needs a place to find their escape,” writes Jack Fusco, a Jersey Shore photographer who captured this image in Sea Isle City Wednesday night.
Fusco, whose stunning nighttime photography has been published on National Geographic’s website, says that he has a full-time job, which hinders his ability to stay up all night.
“Still, I try to get out as often as I can. Some of those nights that I am able to get out are those you wish would never end,” Fusco writes.
Wednesday was one of those nights.
“A change of plans found Rachel and I heading down to Sea Isle City instead of North Jersey in what it turned out to be a beautiful night. The temperature was perfect while the sky was crisp and clear,” a post on his Facebook page states.
So it was, according to Fusco, “a perfect escape after a long day.”
