Depending on whom you ask and when, our region will get anywhere from zero to six inches of snow. AAA wants you to be prepared for the worst.

With the snow (maybe) starting sometime between Saturday and Sunday, AAA Mid-Atlantic suggests driving with caution and stocking the car with the basics like a blanket, ice scraper and flares.

Another handy tip:  travel with some cat litter. The litter — or something similarly abrasive — will help your tires get traction should you find yourself stuck.
