House arrest for man arrested carrying fireworks in airport

Joseph Picklo hasn’t yet been indicted for trying to carry fireworks onto a plane, but the Pennsylvania man will be on house arrest for now.

Picklo was arrested last week for attempting to carry explosive onto a plane at Philadelphia International Airport. He’s been released to his mother’s house on $25,000 personal-recognizance bail.
The Daily News reports Picklo, a musician, will be allowed to leave for some music gigs if approved in advance.

Prosecutors need to determine if Picklo acted intentionally or didn’t realize the items were still in his bag at the airport.
