Holy cow! Roxborough residents wake up to herd of cows on Henry Ave.

Believe it or not – a herd of cows was found roaming along Henry Avenue early this morning in Roxborough, confusing residents and leaving Philadelphia Police to corral the farm animals.

The cows were found roaming the 7100 bock of Henry Avenue around 2:00 a.m. this morning.

WPVI-TV reports the animals escaped overnight from WB Saul High School of Agriculture, but it’s still unclear just how they got out.

Residents and police officers eventually managed to corral the cows back to the school.
