Ever hear of a Milliner? You could look it up in a dictionary or just watch our First Experience this week. Hat makers have been around for a long time, because, everyone needs a hat. Easter Sunday, the Kentucky Derby, and Mother’s Day top the list of special occasions for hats. Since this is the season, First Experience went to Dover to see just what goes into one of these handmade hats.
