Georgetown presents referendum proposal to the public

Georgetown citizens have the opportunity to learn more about an upcoming referendum designed to fund infrastructure improvements.

Residents are being asked to authorize the town to borrow up to $5.5 million at a favorable interest rate to pay for water and sewer upgrades.  An informational session is scheduled for Saturday morning (Dec. 4th) at 10:00 a.m. at the town administration building, 39 The Circle.  The Georgetown referendum is scheduled for December 14th.  For more information call 302-856-7391.
