Gas prices still high but relief in sight?

Delaware’s gas average is up to $3.40 per gallon, up 14 cents from last week.
According to AAA’s long-term forecast, gas supplies should be in surplus rather than scarce for the last seven months of 2012.  That means some parts of the country could see gas prices drop below $3 per gallon for the second half of 2012.  Of course, unforseen circumstances always seem to ruin that optimistic outlook, and that could happen again this year.
