Game of chance
A Northeast Philadelphia man charged with leaving his daughters in the car while he gambled at Bensalem’s Parx Casino has defended his case.
Tan Truong of Bustleton allegedly left his 6- and 8-year-old daughters in the car in the Parx parking lot, but told attorneys he thought his mother was watching over the children.
Proescutors say Truong’s mother went to Parx separately, and though she stopped at the car to check on the children, was not supervising them.
The case has been sent to county court for a possible trial, the Bucks County Courier Times reports. Truong faces up to five years in prison.
