Freeman admits he still controls some Germantown Settlement properties

Emanuel Freeman will be back in court Monday, this time to provide documents requested by Federal Judge Stephen Raslavich that detail the control of Germantown Settlement’s remaining assets.

Freeman has admitted — after missing a deposition Monday — that he still controls nine or 10 of Settlement’s assets. After partnering on some deals, he wasn’t quite clear on how many or how much of the assets he controls.

Raslavich says he’ll send U.S. Marshals to collect Freeman for the Monday deposition if Freeman fails to show.
