Former Pepsi CEO named top executive at Aramark

With Aramark Corp. Joseph Neubauer stepping down, the company has chosen a former Pepsi Co. CEO to take his place.

Eric Foss, who left Pepsi in December, became the Aramark CEO and president today, the Inquirer reports. Neubauer had been with the company since 1979.

A 12-month process led Aramark execs to hire Foss, but Neubauer will stay on as one of the company’s biggest shareholders and chairman of the board.
