Facade collapse puts sale of Collingswood bank on hold

Kind of hard to sell a building when its facade is falling apart.

That’s why the leasing agent tells Patch the old TD Bank on Haddon Avenue in Collingswood is off the market until the structure is deemed safe.
Chunks of the facade fell to the ground last week, waking neighbors as the material hit the sidewalk.

Patch has filed an open records request with the borough for the building’s inspection history. No injuries have been reported.
