Except for Thursday, it’s mainly clouds, shower chances through Sunday

Thursday is the bright spot in a forecast that features mainly dreary conditions.

Cloudy conditions and shower chances dominate the forecast for Wednesday, Friday, and the weekend, according to NOAA.

After continuing mostly cloudy conditions and showers, a cold front will pass through the region Wednesday, allowing a high pressure system to pass to the north and deliver mostly sunny conditions for Thursday.

Then two separate systems will impact the area during Friday and the weekend, with rain chances peaking on Saturday.
