Elfreth’s endangered

Dating back to 1702, Old City’s Elfreth’s Alley is a popular tourist attraction and down right beautiful block. But a home on the city’s oldest residential street has made the Endangered Properties List of the Preservation Alliance of Greater Philadelphia.

Abandoned in 2008, 109 Elfreth’s Alley has fallen into disrepair and now joins several other regional properties on the list — some that have made the list before.

NewsWorks partner PlanPhilly has broken down the list, which includes background information on all the properties.
