Marc Scaringi is planning ahead. The 40-year-old Westmoreland County Republican is already planning a 2012 run against U.S. Sen Bob Casey.
The Associated Press reports Scaringi has begun developing his campaign and raising money. Scaringi was once a staff member for former U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum, whom Casey defeated in the 2010 election, and former state Attorney General Mike Fisher.
