Effort to help foster kids get bags to carry their belongings

No more trash bags for Delaware foster children.
Details of a program to distribute duffel bags to foster children will be announced at the Community Services Building in Wilmington this morning.  The non-profit group Kind to Kids will hand out the bags to kids throughout the state.  The “My Blue Duffel” program is part of an effort to keep foster kids from the embarrassing situation of having to transport their clothes and belongings in trash bags.
