DSU increases tuition and room & board by 4.5%

It is going to cost more to attend Delaware State University in the fall, but the school’s president says increases in tuition and room & board were necessary.

In-state tuition and fees will total $7,336, while the out-of-state sum will be $15,692.  “In comparison to the increases taking place at other institutions of higher education in the region, the 4.5% increase at DSU is modest,” DSU President Harry Williams said.  He added that the increase was necessary, and that the university does everything it can to keep the cost of education affordable.
