Joint Toll Bridge Commission eliminates EZ-Pass benefit

At the urging of N.J. Gov. Chris Christie, the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission  today voted to end free EZ-Passes for its employees.

The free passes cost about $32,000 and went to about 280 employees. Employees had argued that the free toll was a negotiated benefit and should not be touched, myfoxphilly.com reports.
