Doggish commute
I-95 commuters this morning were held up in a small traffic jam. Not by an accident. Not by roadwork. It was all because of a dog.
Action News spotted the dog from its traffic cam during rush hour. Drivers stopped to let the dog cross the southbound lanes near Cottman Avenue, and he headed north toward Academy before the camera lost sight of him. No word on whether he made it to work on time.
