Dog of the Week: Brad

There’s a star in the building! Meet Brad Pitt! He prefers to go by Brad (A15660404). Brad is a 1- to 2-year-old male Pit Bull Terrier mix, and he’s one handsome man.

Brad was found with fellow pen pal Brock living in an abandoned building several weeks ago. Brad’s putting his days of starring solo behind him and is looking to be cast in the role of canine companion to a wonderful family! He’d be glad to co-star with your current dog, too.

Brad is a playful boy who loves to get out and run around. But he loves snuggling even more! Brad’s a smart boy and already knows ‘sit’ and ‘down.’ He learned roll over in a matter of minutes (though sometimes he just likes to stay on his back and get belly rubs).

Brad still needs to learn how to walk on a leash, but that’s an easy fix with a little more training. He is also quickly learning to be a gentleman and not jump up on people.

Because of his energy, Brad should meet any future family members under the age of 12 and any resident dogs. Brad showed some interest in cats at the shelter and can be re-tested before going home to live with them. Bring your family down to ACCT to meet Brad—he’s ready to audition for the role of No. 1 in your heart today.
