Developer says he was unfairly dropped from Family Court project, owed fees

The Inquirer reports that lawyers for Donald Pulver, the developer involved with the construction of the Family Court building, say that Pulver has been unfairly dropped from the project and is owed $1.6 million in fees.

In May, the Inquirer reported that Pulver had a deal in place to share development fees with lawyer Jeffrey B. Rotwitt — who was also working with the state Supreme Court on the development deal — for the $200 million project.

The Committee of Seventy has a detailed guide to the debacle here.
