Delawareans have until the end of this week to offer comments on State House redistricting
The State House of Representatives Democratic leadership is accepting comments on the redistricting process until this Friday, with a public hearing to be scheduled.
Legislative districts have to be redrawn every ten years based on the updated US Census. Residents can send an e-mail to house.redistricting@state.de.us, or can mail their comments and suggestions to the House of Representatives, Attn: Erik Schramm, 411 Legislative Avenue, Dover, DE, 19901. A public hearing will be scheduled at a later date. Delaware must have its redistricting plan in place by June 30th.
