Delaware State of the State address airs tonight

    Del. Gov. Jack Markell’s State of the State address will air tonight, detailing government cutbacks, pension and health care costs. As Mark Fowser reports for WHYY, Markell will seek more funding for the Delaware Economic Development Office’s strategic fund to attract businesses to the state and promote business expansion and job creation.
