Delaware smoking rates declining

    Delaware’s smoking prevention outreach programs have been making an impact.

    Delaware is one of two states that just won an “A” for tobacco prevention and control from the American Lung Association. The high grade was related to the amount of money spent on anti-smoking programs and the statistics show that the message is getting through.
